1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 3dphysics Labs. By accessing our website (3dphysics.com), purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

3dphysics Labs provides web design solutions, interactive hardware displays (AI Portals), deployment planning, and ongoing technical support. All products and services are subject to specific Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon during consultation.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, software code, UI designs, and hardware interface layouts are the exclusive property of 3dphysics Labs. You are granted a limited license for internal commercial use only. Reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

When utilizing our AI Portals:

You are responsible for ensuring physical site placement complies with local Alberta commercial codes and accessibility guidelines.

You acknowledge that the AI Portal operates as a localized interface based on your programmed business knowledge.

5. Payments and Orders

Prices are in CAD. Payment milestones must be met as outlined in your SOW. Late payments may result in the suspension of support or software updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law:

Products are provided "as is."

3dphysics Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 6 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Alberta.
