By accessing or using the services provided by 3dphysics Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.

The services to be provided will be detailed in a separate proposal or service agreement. Any work outside of the agreed-upon scope may require a separate agreement. We agree to use reasonable efforts to deliver the services as described, but we do not guarantee any specific results.

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our services and intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been made. This policy applies to all one-time fees and ongoing monthly service charges.

All payments will be processed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Any intellectual property created or developed by 3dphysics Labs as part of the services (including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies) shall remain the property of 3dphysics Labs until full payment is received. Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed work will transfer to the client.

You agree that 3dphysics Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services.

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
